• Equity and Balanced (except Growth, Concentrated Growth, Core Growth, and Young Enterprise Shares (YES)):

  • First $3 million: 1.0% per year
  • Next $2 million: 0.85% per year
  • On balance of account: 0.75% per year

• Growth, Concentrated Growth, and Core Growth:

  • First $1 million: 1.25% per year
  • Next $4 million: 1.00% per year
  • On balance of account: Negotiable

• Young Enterprise Shares (YES):

  • First $5 million: 1.50% per year
  • On balance of account: Negotiable

• Tactical Asset Management:

  • US Sector Tactical Asset Allocation: 0.50% per year
  • Global Tactical Asset Allocation: 0.50% per year

• Large Cap “Dividend Plus” Equity:

  • First $5 million: 0.50% per year
  • On balance of account: Negotiable

• Long/Short Equity:

  • Actual Value: 1.50% per year
