D'Orazio Wealth Advisors charges a fixed annual fee for ongoing financial planning and investment management services, paid quarterly. The fee is based on the combined value of assets actively managed by D'Orazio Wealth Advisors, plus the value of assets held in employer-sponsored retirement plans where D'Orazio Wealth Advisors provides investment advice but doesn't execute trades.

The annual fee is:

• $10,000 for assets up to $2,000,000
• $15,000 for assets between $2,000,001 and $4,000,000
• $22,500 for assets between $4,000,001 and $6,000,000
• $30,000 for assets between $6,000,001 and $8,000,000
• $50,000 for assets between $8,000,001 and $15,000,000
• Negotiable for assets over $15,000,001

For client-related private foundation accounts, there is an additional 0.50% fee on the value of assets under advisement. D'Orazio Wealth Advisors may aggregate account values for related clients to reduce the overall fee. In limited cases, a courtesy discount may be extended to family members of existing clients with assets under advisement below $1,000,000.
