Fee Structure

Minimum Investment:$250K

Regency Investment Advisors charges an annual fee based on a percentage of the assets they manage, generally ranging from 0.60% to 1.20%. The specific fee is outlined in your contract. There is a $250,000 minimum for investment management services and a $1,000,000 minimum for retirement plans, though these minimums may be negotiable. For actively managed college savings plans, there is a $50,000 minimum account balance. If the client has a minimum account balance of $250,000 in investment supervisory assets, Regency is willing to serve as Advisor on accounts with a smaller balance. Regency doesn’t generally provide active management for College 529 Plan accounts with balances less than $15,000. In that case, the client can choose amongst Target Date Funds. Regency will not charge a management fee for accounts invested in Target Date Funds. Fees are generally payable quarterly, in advance, based on the market value of the assets.
