The tiered fee schedule for discretionary investment advisory services is:

• Initial $250,000 - $2 million: 0.90%
• Next $2 million - $5 million: 0.75%
• Next $5 million +: 0.60%

The tiered fee schedule for non-discretionary investment advisory services is:

• Initial $250,000 - $5 million: 0.90%
• Next $5 million - $10 million: 0.80%
• Next $10 million - $20 million: 0.70%
• Next $20 million +: 0.60%

Guardian Wealth Advisors generally imposes a minimum fee of $2,250. Therefore, if a client maintains less than $250,000 of assets under management, the client will pay a higher percentage annual fee than the 0.90% referenced in the tiered fee schedule.
