Henssler Financial offers several investment management options with different fee structures:

• Henssler Automated Investment Management: 0.5% annually, billed quarterly, with a $5,000 minimum investment.
• Financial Consulting Services: For clients who may not yet have significant assets, but still need significant advice. Asset based fee is an annual fee, billed quarterly in advance - (1) 1% on all assets under management, using individual equities with a $250,000 minimum investment for individual equities; (2) 0.75% on all assets under management, using mutual funds or exchange traded funds (ETFs) with no minimum investment; or (3) 0.50% on all assets under management, using Schwab Intelligent Portfolios (Henssler selected risk-based models using ETFs, automated investing through Schwab), with a $5,000 minimum investment.
• Asset Management with Exchange-Traded Funds or Mutual Funds:
  • First $1 Million: 0.75%
  • $1 Million—$3 Million: 0.65%
  • $3 Million—$5 Million: 0.50%
  • $5 Million and above: Negotiable
  • Minimum Fee: $3,000
• Asset Management with Individual Stocks:
  • First $1 Million: 1.00%
  • $1 Million—$3 Million: 0.85%
  • $3 Million—$5 Million: 0.65%
  • $5 Million and above: Negotiable
  • Minimum Fee: $5,000
• Traditional Management with Individual Stocks:
  • First $1 Million: 1.25%
  • $1 Million—$2 Million: 1.00%
  • $2 Million—$3 Million: 0.90%
  • $3 Million—$5 Million: 0.75%
  • $5 Million and above: Negotiable
  • Minimum Fee: $12,000
• Wealth Management with Individual Stocks:
  • First $1 Million: 1.25%
