This fee is billed quarterly in advance, based on the value of your account on the last day of the previous quarter. Adjustments are made for deposits and withdrawals over $50,000. The fee is negotiable based on individual circumstances and account type. Account values of family members in the same household may be combined to potentially reduce the fee. The firm may also use third-party managers, whose fees are separate from Premier Path's fees and range from 0-0.90% annually for fixed income and 0.00%-1.50% annually for equity managers.
