• Outside Managed Solutions (OMS): Fees are generally billed by the outside money manager, but Diversify may also charge an advisory fee, up to 1.75% annually.
• Diversify Managed Solutions (DMS): You'll pay an advisory fee (up to 1.75%) plus a strategy fee, combined into a single fee.
• Wealth Accumulator Strategy: Fees are negotiated, not to exceed 1.00%.
• Variable Managed Solutions (VMS): Fees are negotiated, not to exceed 1.50%.
• TownSquare Managed Solutions (TMS): Fees are generally billed by the third-party money manager, with a portion paid to Diversify. The advisory fee is negotiated, up to 1.75% annually.
