LAM's fees are based on a percentage of the value of your account, and the specific rate depends on the investment strategy you choose. Fees may vary based on the nature of services, account size, or special arrangements. Some strategies may involve investments in funds managed by LAM or its affiliates, which could result in additional fees. Here are some examples of their standard fees:

• Global Equity, European Equity Select, International Equity, Lazard Capital Allocator Series (LCAS) – Global, International Quality Growth: 0.75% on the first $100 million, 0.50% on the balance.
• Global Equity Select, International Equity Select/with Emerging Markets: 0.75% on the first $25 million; 0.50% on the next $50 million; 0.45% on the next $50 million; 0.40% on the balance.
• Developing Markets Equity/Select/Concentrated, Emerging Markets Core Equity/Select, Emerging Markets Equity/Select/Concentrated, Emerging Markets Equity Blend, Opportunistic Strategies, Emerging Markets High Conviction: 1.00% on the first $100 million; 0.80% on the balance.
• Emerging Markets Discounted Assets, Global Discounted Assets, International Discounted Assets: 1.00% on the first $100 million; 0.75% on the balance.
• Emerging Asia Opportunities: 0.55%
• Emerging Markets Small Cap Equity: 1.25% on the first $100 million; 1.15% on the next $100 million; 1.00% on the balance.

Fees are negotiable and may be waived at LAM's discretion.
