Wealthspire Advisors Wealth Management fee schedule:

• First $2,000,000: 1.20% per year
• $2,000,000 to $5,000,000: 0.87% on this tier
• $5,000,000 to $10,000,000: 0.75% on this tier
• $10,000,000 to $25,000,000: 0.50% on this tier
• $25,000,000 and above: 0.40% on this tier

Wealthspire Advisors Institutional fee schedule (recommended for institutions with assets over $5,000,000):

• First $5,000,000: 0.75% per year
• $5,000,000 to $10,000,000: 0.50% on this tier
• $10,000,000 to $20,000,000: 0.35% on this tier

Wealthspire Advisors Institutional fee schedule (for accounts $20,000,000 and above):

• First $20,000,000: 0.45% per year
• $20,000,000 to $50,000,000: 0.30% on this tier
• $50,000,000 and above: 0.20% on this tier

Wealthspire Advisors Retirement Plan Management fee schedule:

• First $3,000,000: 0.50% per year
• $3,000,000 to $10,000,000: 0.30% on this tier
• $10,000,000 to $20,000,000: 0.25% on this tier
• $20,000,000 to $30,000,000: 0.20% on this tier
• $30,000,000 and above: 0.10% on this tier

Wealthspire's Prosperity Program Services fee schedule:

• Up to 1.25% on assets managed under Wealthspire’s Prosperity platform.
