• Separately Managed Account (SMA) Program: Fees range from 1.10% to 1.40% annually, plus subadviser fees (0.13% to 1.02%) and Envestnet fees (0.17%).
• Strategic Allocation Program: Fees range from 0.96% to 1.26% annually, plus subadviser fees (0.00% to 0.18%) and Envestnet fees (0.13%).
• Tactical Allocation Program: Fees range from 1.00% to 1.30% annually, plus subadviser fees (0.15% to 0.35%) and Envestnet fees (0.13%).
• Foundations Program: Fees range from 0.95% to 1.15% annually, plus subadviser fees (0.10%) and Envestnet fees (0.10%).
• Advisor Directed Program: Fees range from 1.16% to 1.46% annually, plus Envestnet fees (0.08%).
• Unified Managed Account (UMA) Program: Fees range from 1.10% to 1.40% annually, plus subadviser fees (0.15% to 0.67%) and Envestnet fees (0.12%).

There are also minimum account values for each program, which may be waived at Synovus Securities' discretion. Synovus Securities also charges 1.50% annually for advice related to variable insurance contracts, with a $500 minimum annual fee.
