    • $250,000.00 - $499,999.99: 2.25% annually
    • $500,000.00 - $999,999.99: 2.00% annually
    • Over $1,000,000.00: Negotiable

CAG may maintain a Limited Power of Attorney for Managed Accounts for the purposes of directing and or otherwise effecting investments on behalf of Managed Accounts, for the direct payment of CAG's fees, and for other charges incurred by the Managed Account.
