Discretionary Equity Separately Managed Accounts:

• Under $1,000,000: 1.25% to 1.50% per year
• $1,000,001 - $5,000,000: 0.75% to 1.00% per year
• $5,000,001 - $10,000,000: 0.50% to 0.75% per year
• $10,000,001 and over: Negotiated Fee Rate

Discretionary Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) Accounts:

• Under $1,000,000: 1.00% per year
• $1,000,001 - $5,000,000: 0.75% per year
• $5,000,001 - $10,000,000: 0.50% per year
• $10,000,001 and over: Negotiated Fee Rate

Fees are negotiable and may be lower for accounts of Biondo or its affiliates, former employees or their relatives, and current employees or their relatives.
