For equity and balanced portfolios:

• First $1 million — 1.00%
• Next $4 million — 0.75%
• Next $5 million — 0.60%
• Over $10 million — 0.50%

For fixed-income portfolios:

• First $1 million — 0.50%
• Next $4 million — 0.375%
• Next $5 million — 0.30%
• Over $10 million — 0.25%

For Vision Vaxa Dynamic Portfolios:

• First $1 million — 0.50%
• Over $1 million — 0.20%

For charitable organizations:

• First $1 million — 0.90%
• Next $4 million — 0.65%
• Next $5 million — 0.50%
• Over $10 million — 0.40%

Vision Capital Management reserves the right to charge a minimum annual fee of $5,000 for equity and balanced accounts and $2,500 for fixed-income accounts. There is no minimum fee for Vision Vaxa Dynamic Portfolios. The minimum fee for charitable organizations is negotiable.
