Hennion & Walsh offers several investment management programs:

• Portfolio Management Program (PMP): This is a bundled fee program where you pay a single annual fee that covers investment advice, trading, and custody. The maximum annual fee is 1.50%, but it may be negotiable. The minimum account size is generally $50,000.
• Personalized UMA Program: This is a discretionary management program offered through Wells Fargo Clearing Services. Clients are charged an advisory fee of 2.00% plus a manager fee ranging from 0.0% to 0.50%. Asset minimums vary but are typically $100,000 for equity and balanced strategies and $1,000,000 for fixed income strategies.
• Asset Advisor: This is a full-service, non-discretionary investment advisory program that includes advisory services and custodial costs in a single asset-based fee. The standard fee is 2%.
• Managed Account Program: This program is generally not open to new investors but may be available to accommodate existing clients.

These fees do not include ETF or mutual fund expenses.
